NIGHTMARE!!!!! Beware DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They tried overcharging me and when I caught them then all of a sudden the fact that they had to redo the paperwork 3 times because the price kept getting higher than agreed upon the day I placed the order, AND the fact that they delivered me the WRONG style bed was turned around on me. Steven and Andrea were screaming lunatics who would not listen to a thing I had to say. Andrea called her husband "the delivery person" and was talking so loudly that myself and my company could hear her saying "just deliver the bed and get the hell out of there"! I took the bed because I didn’t have a choice....they were not offering to do anything to fix the situation. The bed is for my 6 year old who was here watching all of this and there answer was "well I guess this wasn't meant to be, we will just bring the bed back and sell it to someone else because we can make more money that way!" They were the worst people I have ever dealt with..... I would dare say barbaric rednecks who blame their customers for their mistakes! I wish I had enough room to tell the whole story because this does not begin to tell everything that they did or how poorly I was treated. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES was it my fault and there was NO EXCUSE for the way I was treated. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!
