WORST SKULL CLEANING I’VE EVER HAD DONE IN MY LIFE! Sent my husbands first ever big game animal to them for a European mount. When we got it back the skull was held together by globs of glue, smelt horribly, and was completely cracking in half. Every time you touch it or pick it up chunks of bone fall off. We called Wade Johnson the guy that runs this show and he was a complete jerk with 0 customers service skills. Telling us that maybe when we are 40 we will realize that bad luck follows us. And wished my husband good luck with life with me as his wife and kept hanging up on us and not answering our calls. After He hung up with me over and over again I was so mad I was shaking. All he cares about is numbers not about quality or customer. DON’T EVER BRINGS YOUR HEADS TO HIM!
