1. No phone skills, answered the phone with "hello."
2. I was unaware that we had set an appointment, last I heard from him was I'll call you back. 5 hours later, I get a call, " I'm in your neighborhood are you there?"
3. For removing a clog, that was shamefully expensive, $180!!!! WHAT!!! 15 MINUTES AND NO PARTS!!! Do Yourself a favor, use a different company
