MySmartBuiltHome is a family-owned home-builder who emphasizes site-built Structural Insulated Panel construction sized and equipped to minimize month Purveyor of fine crafted, durable, energy-wise, site-built homes in North Central Florida. We use Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) which are engineered 3-times stronger than conventional framing. SIPs provide the tightest environmental envelope available on the market today. Our house plans make use of the copious volume of conditioned space under vaulted ceilings – no space is wasted with truss systems. We use the Schluter Shower and PEX plumbing systems. We install all wood cabinets made in the USA and all LED lighting. Each HVAC system is customized to the specific house plan. Typically we require one ton less in cooling that conventional homes of the same size. Each plan has a Net Zero Solar package available. We also install outdoor kitchens, rain catchment systems, sleeping lofts, whole house fans and an assortment of "old-school technology" in our designs.
