Brandon was contacted by a group of homeowners to rebuild sand dunes and bring in sand to replenish what was lost in a 2020 hurricane. It started off well but he did not fulfill his end of the agreement and left a gully to be filled and a space to be filled. We have contacted him on numerous occasions and he will not return calls. His voicemail is full, so it looks like we are not the only ones trying to get in touch with him. We paid him with the thought we could hold him to his word to finish the job. He has not been back in 2 months and we have renters coming in soon. We are unable to put in a walkway, put up sand fence or plant unless this job is completed. Do not pay him if he you have him do anything for you.
