Terrible Customer Service and damaged our car We used our road side assistance for a flat tire, they sent out AZ Outlaw Towing. The person hooked up our car to load it on the truck and started scrapping our car under the front bumper while pulling it down the driveway. My wife was yelling at the driver to stop and they didnt here her. She told the driver what they had done and the driver said they didnt do the damage to our car. I had called the owners of the company and did not get a call back after 3 attempts. Finally they called the next day only after I had posted negitive comments on their website, they have since removed the negitive comments off their site so no one can see them. They only post the good ones. We will finally get the money from either the roadside assistance or AZ Outlaw Towing to fix our car. Be very very careful ever using AZ Outlaw Towing and if you do get plenty of pictures of your car before they tow you. Terrible, Terrible Customer Service along with damaging our car
