Jerry came out to inspect my roof after my association had put a new roof on my condo. He was very professional,very polite and seem very knowledgeable. He submitted his report to my insurance company State Farm, he put on it that if he could be of any further assistance to please let him now. Well Melissa from my State Farm agent office and myself happen contacting him since October was something else that we need. Unfortunately he has not responded. I have called left messages, I have texted him I left messages, And Melissa has done so also. She appears to be the owner operator and only employee of his company. I don't know where else to turn.
