I started a new online business selling electronic cigarettes and accessories. I had limited start-up capital and wanted to invest that cash in inventory. I also didn't want the added expense (and headaches) associated with hiring employees so I contracted with Cooperative logistics to provide warehousing and order fulfillment services. We were able to integrate my shopping cart software with their processing so all I have to do is approve the orders I want to have processed and they pick, pack and ship the orders. Shipping and tracking information is posted back to my software so my customers can get up-to-date information as to where their order is in the process, all the way to delivery. I have found the quality and reliability of Cooperative Logistics to be excellent and it is a very cost-effective choice for a small start-up. They are also great to work with. So now my orders are processed in a timely fashion, regardless of whether I am in Columbus or relaxing in the sun in Central America. As long as I have a laptop and an internet connection, I can manage my business. I definitely recommend Cooperative Logistics.
