I rented from dr for a year. The house had damage everywhere that was noted at move in. I was told to get out after they did an unexpected walkthrough and found the same damage. They accused me of having a dog that peed on the wall because of a burst pipe that happened before i lived there. I met the new renter when he called about a bill that was sent there. He pays 100 more a month than I did and is being kicked out for causing the same damage.
