Pizza was cold and i thought i d deal with it and just wait for fresh pizza to come out but then my son bit down on a 1" piece of hard plastic. I immediately talked with manager who told said, oh that came off buffet. No, it came on the piece of pizza my son bit into. He gave me a refund but not before i asked him if he cared to know which pizza it was so it could be removed from buffet. He said, what was it. We informed him and he continued on with our refund, as others continued at the buffet. I highly doubt he ended up removing the pizza. Food was cold, drinks were hot and plastic in food. Also soapy walkway made it dangerous, they had cleaned it with soap and didnt rinse. Worst. Sad because my kids liked this resturant. Will Not Return if under same management.
