I give negative 5 stars. I have lived here for almost 3 years and thier website is a lie. They have seemingly unqualified staff and break thier own rules and procedures are not followed. They were placed on a 2 year provisional license from the DHS and Inspector Generals Office back in March of 2019, they notified residents, but have not notified us of the end results or requirements. They continue to mistreat residents and this building is riddled with black toxic mold. Dakota County simply doesn't care. Thier new company front is Genus LLC. RUN!! This place will not help you at all. Please believe me. It is a real live nightmare.
