Great place! They're always busy as heck, but they actually care. I called unbenounced to me an hour after they closed for an issue, someone was there and they took their time to walk me through my fix for at least half an hour. Great company!

THEY CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH FOR REPAIRS. I called for an estimate on building a high end computer. I would supply the parts and all they had to do was build it. The guy on the phone quoted me a price of $150 to $170. That is theft in my book. I called around to other place. No one wanted over $100 to build it. I brought a laptop in there for them to diagnose and repair. They forgot about me, never called me, and didn't know what was wrong with it after 2 weeks because they had not looked at it yet. I told them not to touch it...I would be right in to pick it up. Who cares about gimmicks like the frog when you can't back up your claims!
