After poor experience with two previous "handymen" I found Mike Rosewall. He re-did the poor work of the previous "handyman". His work is professional, and he takes pride in his work. He has painted, done carpentry work and laid laminate flooring. He shows up when he says he will and cleans up after himself. I recommend his work without reservation.
