The job was never done and now he ignores all of my calls and text message. All I want is my $450 back, that's it.
The attached company came out and provided me a quote for tuck pointing at my request. In his proposal, he asked for $400 at start of job and the balance upon completion. He came out on June 2nd ( with a female who I do not believe is authorized to do masonry work ) to power wash the house ( which didn't happen ) and promised to return on June 3, 2019 to complete the work. Prior to him leaving, I paid him $450 in cash ( and was given a receipt ). It wasn't until he left th

I have made several calls and sent text messages to speak with him to express my concerns and request for a refund due to misleading practices. As of today, I have not heard anything back from him.
