I try to buy local and don't mind the slightly higher price than the box stores because I want the service when it breaks. Forget it with these folks. The service is horrible. Wrong diagnosis, wait forever. I finally went on youtube and fixed it myself.

Their Moto should be "when you shop here, it is all about the sale!" You can forget customer support after the installation. They did come out once for a replacement part on one of the there appliances they sold us, the same part broke again and we were told they were busy but we are on their list, we could contact the manufacturer if we wanted faster service. We contacted them several times over about a 6-8 week period and finally got a call to say we were too far out (14 miles/a little over 20 minutes!) and would not come out for the replacement part! The representative also had the audacity to suggest we must be abusing the appliance!!! Buyer beware. Reviewing here and any other review service I can find and also an email going to the manufacturer of the appliances! Usually we try to promote local businesses, this company failed the first time!

Good communication at first, he fixed the clothes dryer but did not complete the repair to our stove. He stated he "dosen't like self cleaning ovens.", and said he would call us back to finish the repair on the stove but has not returned any phone calls and our stove is still broken.
