Art cards and prints for all occasions. Original digital collages. Hi! Although my passion is mixed media, today my artwork is done almost entirely on the computer. Why? The main reason is working on the computer allows me to express my creative side without a lot of paints and chemicals which is important when you have a very curious toddler running about. Creating digital art forces me to use my brain in a different way being that I need to adjust how I am going to achieve the concept I have in my head. I often work on an image for days until I get it "just right". You can find hints of my past mixed media pieces in my digital collages such as in the piece "Innocence". The Botanical Collection was created using a scanner as a camera. Most of my flowers come from the wonderful vendors at Pike Place Market.
