I normally do not write, any knid of a review, about where I go to eat, or about the people that work at restaurants, BUT !!!!!! Cutting Hourse Bar & Grill is the BOMB!!!!!!!!! They have an excellent choice of diffenrent salads on thier salad bar. My date had one of thier sandwhichies with the potatoe chips that are made in house, the chips were excellent an so was the sandwich it had just the right amount of beef on it. i had the ribeye steak medium with a back potatoe and grilled veg's, and if you are any kind of an steak expert you should know it is hard to cook a medium steak, you either get it to done (medium well) or not done enough (medium rare). My ribeye was perfect. our waitdress (Shannon) was very nice and very knowledgeable of what the restaurant had to offer and what different ingredents where use to prepaer the food. My date and went on a Tuesday night not to busy, but as other people start to find out just how good of a restaurant Cutting Horse Bar & Grill i know they will start to get very busy in the restaurant and not just in the bar.
