My family and I were in a VERY bad situation with our previous property manager.. it was so bad to the point that we had to move in emergency. I have a family of 4 and was at risk of being homeless due to my previous rental situation. Connie was very quick to jump on top of helping my family. I have very high anxiety and every time I called to check in with her she was very kind and very understanding. She was able to get us into a safe home, my neighbors are very friendly and they mind their own. I 100% recommend this company to anyone I know looking for rentals.

Excell has been a great rental company place. We have been with them for over 4 years and we are thankful to them for making it easy to work with them. They make rent easy to pay and help us when we have any issues.

Terrible company. Horrible people. Steal deposits. Lie. Rude. Worst management company I've ever dealt with.

Would NEVER recommend this company. We had extensive damage to property; they never checked on the renters; very dishonest in their dealings, tried to charge us for repairs that were never done. Use at your own risk
