This is the worst company to do work in Vegas with. Jerry came to my office telling me how’s he’s been in buisness for 30+ years and how honest he is. Well come to find out he is one of the most dishonest people I know. I needed him to install a generac generator for a solar customer of mine. Jerry came to my office looked at the unit and told me he has done these many times. But way larger for commercial building. He took the owners manual and had it for a month making sure he knew what he was doing for the residential generator. He wrote up a contract saying it was going to be $2,220.62. I was quoted $3,000 and told Jerry if he could beat it I would go with him so obviously he did. Once it was installed I got a call from Jerry telling me that the system needed to be hooked up to a gas line to make it work. And he told me I needed to hire someone else and it’s going to be about another $2,000 to run the gas line to the generator. He told me his contract only stated electrical work and it clearly says installation of generator. The work isn’t complete. I then asked him why he didn’t let me know after reading the owners manual that it needed to be hooked to the gas line and he had no response and told me that’s not his job. The guy isn’t an ethical business owner he is more of a bait and switch guy. I would highly recommend using someone else other then Jerry and his buisness.

We have used hi n lo volt for two years now, we are happy with his service and he is very reasonable. All of his employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them in the future
