Dr. Mark Harris in Trinity Mills Chiropractic seems to know what my pain is, and how to adjust my body. I was there for my second consultation and adjustment. No pain again, there was a bit of sore but ibuprofen and heat/cold helped with the slight soreness. He's skilled personable and knows his stuff.
