Buyer Beware! I paid more than $400 for equipment, install, and a few weeks of isp service (1.5 mbps dedicated ). I owe nothing to jetweb. Today I finally cancelled my service ( after my requests were ignored ) and jetweb demanded that they keep all the equipment I purchased! I also have photos & video showing that they had my equipment hooked into another business that is not mine - I never agreed to share nor give away my equipment & service that I paid for. shame!

Good experience??This company might be the reason the term"Fly by night" was coined. I called them the week before Christmas and ordered and payed for an installation and wireless router. We payed $325.00 and the installation was to be done on Tuesday 12-27. Matt told me he was 95% sure we could get service at our location, and that his installer would be in our yard on Friday 12-23 to make sure we could indeed get service. The installer never showed. I took a vacation day on tuesday, 12-27, so I could be there when it was installed. I called Matt several times that morning to make sure we were still on his schedule, but just got his answering machine. Finally, after noon he returned my calls and informed me that his installer had a migraine and couldn't make it. Not happy, but give them another shot, right? Okay, he said they'd be there on Thursday, 12-29. At least he called this time and said it was too cold, and it was cold, but I worked outside all day. All right they'd be there Saturday, 12-31 at noon. Well we hung around waiting and finally called Matt at 12:40 pm. Matt said he would call his installer and call me right back, which he did. He said he talked to his installer who went out to his truck and scraped the ice off it and determined it was too icy and unsafe to do the install. Well, I said bullshit. It's 42 degrees, there's no friggin' ice, and if he can tell it's unsafe here, never even having set foot on the property we don't need your internet service.

We have great service and never had slow internet. When they have problems they call or a tech shows right up at my door step and tells us the problem and estmated time it will be down for. Before jetweb i had dial up and it was slower then a snail. Now i get on i have the basic service and i have no issues my web sites r right there and we are in a bad location for wireless to work out of and it is in St. Regis Falls and i have great reception off their tower they have service just like i was using road runner high speed. my down loads work great and take no time at all to boot up.
