WORST EXPERIENCE! I scheduled an appt for a 3D sonogram October 2015. The tech came to my house&asked for payment prior to services so I gave her my CC info. When she set up, she was unable to do the sonogram. The cables were not connecting properly&the TV was completely green. We were unable to get any photos. The machine she had to print any photos was broken too. She called her boss Adam&told him the issue occurring, he should've immediately came here to fix the problem but didn't. The tech rescheduled with me for a day during the week but on that day she cancelled. I contacted her multiple times to resched &never heard back. I left a message for Little Baby Imaging too. I than called my bank& filed a dispute. As soon as the owner heard, he called me. I missed his call however I returned the call leaving messages&never heard back. Finally, the owner Adam sent in pictures dated from Dec 9th, 2015 of someone else's baby to the CC company to win the dispute. The services were not rendered& the company is money hungry so they felt they deserved payment for doing nothing but causing aggravation! DO NOT USE THEM! The owner is arrogant &dishonest. He threatened to take me to small claims court on a recorded line with the bank. He was screaming&cursing like an animal. For all moms to be, use a real place, with a real reputation &a real store front! Your money should pay for a happy experience. I will leave this review on every site I can find, it's worth more than the petty money!
