Do not use this company. They left my home a diaster. I had flooring installed throughout my house and every room is left with many imperfections due to shottie workmanship. They do not honor their work or their word. My is house left trashed with missing trim and transition strips everywhere. It will now cost me most than what the orginal bid was to fix my home.

This individual is posting inaccurate information. His choice of purchasing cheap materials, even after being pre-warned about the quality, has become a reality in his own home. He was provided with labor only price. The materials used, laminate flooring, were factory seconds. Meaning that the materials DID NOT meet quality control specifications to be sold at full retail stores. The flooring swelled due to pet urine and feces left by his numerous inside pets, appx. 6 (cats and dogs). Every visit to their home, the homeowner and his girlfriend would spend 5-10 minutes cleaning up after pet urine and feces that had been left throughout the night. We advised the homeowner that a solid sheet linoleom would offer them the best protection against damage caused by this reoccurring issue. They understood the ramifications of purchasing the inferior product and that we only warranted workmanship and not the product itself. When the floor was finished the homeowner was completely satisfied with the floor and workmanship. It wasn't until the floor began to swell that the homeowner become unsatisfied, with the product NOT our work. We offered to replace the damaged flooring at cost, even though we had previously warned them of the inevitable damage. It was at this point that the homeowner became irate and threatened to go into his home, get a gun, and kill people. NO AMOUNT OF MONEY IS WORTH THE LIFE OF OTHERS! This customer still has an outstanding balance.
