So I got a quote from this guy a couple years ago ended up going with a different company, was not happy with the company so I decided to give pro shine another shot and submitted a quote request. Not only did the guy never get back to me with a quote I had to call him to ask if he was going to give me a quote and he explained because you didn't go with me in the past I'm not going to give you a quote now. what kind of business does that seriously, I recommend anybody looking at window washing or pressure washing to look at a different company who treats all of their customers the same and not discriminates because someone didn't choose them the first go around.
