Sorin and his team did an incredible job on my renovation. From earthquake retrofitting and structural reinforcements to a new garage slab, drainage, and beautiful hardwood floors, they handled everything efficiently and on time. The crew was professional, organized, and kept the site immaculate. They navigated city inspections seamlessly and always had practical solutions when challenges came up. Their expertise, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them!

Horribly rude, unprofessional and incompetent: -Hit a gas line because they didn't check 811 in advance of installing a driveway which resulted in delays. -Did not do the work on the public walkway to code as noted by a city inspector, but he did not obtain a permit which is required for public walkway areas. He did not use correct cement (and another contractor noted as well). -Threw garbage onto my property. -Loitered in front of my property blocking the entrance and then refused to move. -Screamed at me when asked to move and stop hitting my car and leaning on my fence without masks. DON'T HIRE THIS GUY!

We've hired Feraru&Associates to execute a kitchen remodel and an addition to our house in Oalkand. The project was completed in less than four months from the day we signed the contract. We worked with a team of reliable professionals, very knowledgeable of their craft, always on time, hard working, ready to provide excellent customer service. Sorin worked with us on all the details and he made this remodeling project as painless as possible. We are happy to recommend them to everyone and will have them back in our house for other projects in the future.
