I put spaghetti down the disposal which backed up my pipes. I had standing water in the sink and called Tim Herndon at 4pm. John came to my house at 515pm and snaked the pipes. By 630 the pipes were clear and my sink was working again. I was impressed with how quickly Tim Herndon plumbing responded and solved my problem. John was courteous and very technically savvy about how to solve the problem. Don't hesitate to call them when you need help.

I had water spewing from my outside faucet, the pipe was cracked and I called Tim Herndon Plumbing. When I told them what was happening he immediately told me how to shut my pump off so as to not burn it up. Tim came to my house at 9 pm to fix it by flashlight. He is the most professional, courteous and efficient person I have ever had do any kind of work on my house. His rates are better than reasonable and he shows true care and compassion for his customers. I will ALWAYS call tim for plumbing issues and will recommend him to anyone! TOP NOTCH SERVICE!
