Description of work responsibilities-Leading jobs & projects Helping my employees/co-workers regarding full residential/commercial installs-Mainly Res I have a solid amount of working experience completing residential/commercial (Roof-top Units, Air Handlers, etc.) projects on schedule in a timely fashion along with using budgeted material and making the best of what I had available. I have plenty of experience and am completely capable with my abilities to work on upstream projects & existing buildings (Non-New construction) completing tasks without damaging existing personal customer belongings. I also have experience performing under limited communications & scant logistical support. Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional attitude along with a firm personality to manage or lead projects independently as well as working very well with fellow co-workers as a team.
