When I was discharged by the Army for medical reasons, I contacted Mr. Forsythe to help me financially. He helped me sign up for Social Security disability benefits. He knew exactly what do do and how to do it. I now hand out his business cards to my friends because I want them to get the same help I received. The Forsythe Firm assisted me with a denied claim. I had to file an appeal and go before a judge to get a new decision. I spoke with Mr. Forsythe, who explained the process and problems to me. He did not place any pressure on me to sign up with his firm. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I did decide to let him represent me and he prepared thoroughly for my hearing. He handled the hearing well and addressed the judge's concerns effectively. I feel that his work definitely contributed to my being approved for benefits.
