UNRECOMMENDED. I went in and sat for an HOUR to get my nails worked on while they put other appts in front of me. After I left, I called and her response to me was "at least we took the nails off for you." I left with my nails fresh out of acetone, looking terrible. She then HUNG UP ON ME. Terrible service, children running all over the place and all up in your personal space. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing and it was NOT.

They can polish your nails but have no idea how to do "nail designs". No "airbrushing" tools at this location. They tell you to make a appt. but then you always end up sitting and waiting for an hour. Yes young children are always there running around and saying how hungry they are. The owner brought all the kids there all week when the kids were sick. They should of been home. Some employee's there dont do anything except sit around and talk all day. Not very organized.

Super fancy, new and clean. Friendly staff and Tracey is awesome! Feel very relaxing when I am here.
