Providing information to families of nursing home residents throughout the country to equip them to advocate for quality of life and care which recognizes the dignity, needs, and preferences of each person. Meeting medical and physical needs is no longer sufficient for quality of life; personal dignity requires respect and nurture of all aspects of each individual's unique character, regardless of age or infirmity.
