Dr Reis performed surgery on c1 thru c5 entering through my throat. He advised my wife ,a nurse, myself and several other peoplein the room that a chip of bone was broken and that he had to dig it out.However this was not entered in the medical records and he now denies he said that. Due to this malpractice my right diaphram is paralize and I only have about 65% use of my right arm. I am extremely shortwinded and specialists advised that I will not recover. Several specialists,incluing one of dr reis's colleagues have stated that the surgery was not done properly.
