Nessa Ce
WORST receptionist I have ever had contact with. She was not only rude but incompetent. I needed a ride for my husband who is in an unknown city and the "lady" can't send a cab to a local gas station for him to go to his hotel because he is not able to answer his phone due to low battery. Not only the woman would talk over me when I tried to explain why I was calling for him but wouldn't be quiet. Will never contact this company again if in town do to her RUDE service.
