Follyn Builders is your top choice for creating luxury custom homes, performing gut rehabilitations, and thoughtful additions in Chicago and its suburbs. Andersonville to Winnetka, new homes near you. Partner with Us We have built luxury custom single family homes in various Chicago neighborhoods and spectacular family-oriented custom new homes in Chicago suburbs. We have also worked with homeowners who love their current home and location but need more space on large scale additions to homes in Chicago and the northshore suburbs. With more than 25+ years experience in the Chicago area market, we are Chicago’s builder of new homes. We take our profession as a home builder and renovator very seriously – offering luxury single family custom home construction, new single family home design/build options and complete gut and re-hab of existing single family homes…just to name a few of our core competencies. We have extensive experience in Chicago neighborhoods from Andersonville and Lincoln Park to Bronzeville and Hyde Park. We also have worked in many north shore suburbs including Evanston and Winnetka. We have completed large scale renovations on Winnetka estates and Evanston homes
