Horrible service, completely unethical. The receptionist must be dating the guy in charge. He called me to reprimand me because I had been rude to her when that wasn't true. I asked him if he had listened to the conversation and he said no. He admitted she had told him and he chose to believe her and not the customer. Nice way of doing business. If I treated my clients like that, I wouldn't have any.
