Karen took our family photos in October. Not only did the pictures turn out AMAZING but we got over 200! We have a large variety of photos to choose from with many different settings and poses. She was fantastic to work with and we had a great time. She even brought Santa hats for us to wear for a Christmas photo! She truly captured some wonderful memories from our Hawaiian vacation. My husband and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary on the Big Island. We never had professional wedding pictures done and to remember this amazing trip, I wanted to have professional pictures done. It took me only 10 minutes after researching to know that I wanted Karen as our photographer. I loved how she edited them, how beautiful the nature looks and how candid the shots were. She made the shoot so fun and had a great eye for catching that special moment or amazing nature shot. Seeing some shots on her blog, I was so ecstatic about how they turned out!! She had this wonderful idea of capturing our talents of dancing and drumming. She was able to show our personalities through these pictures. One of my favorites was the reflection shot she took of us in a pool of water. I am so excited to blow these up and hang around our house. They are pieces of art. I can not thank her enough for her creativity and patience. The pictures show a moment in our lives that I will never forget.

Our experience with Karen was amazing- we highly recommend her. She photographed an intimate vows exchange between my husband and I, along with our children in Hawaii. She gave good directions and guided us into natural, comfortable poses. She is laid back and easy to spend time with- making our kids feel comfortable in front of the camera (not an easy task!). She is a talented photo editor, and brought out the best in each image. We truly love the photos she took of us, and will cherish them throughout our lives.
