I am a current customer who has always had my bill paid in the current billing cycle, and i am treated like crap by the lady who answers the phone! I paid my bill 6-1-15 at 1045 pm at the mail box behind post office when i spoke to the receptionist on 6-2 and told her that she said it was fine and then today 6-4 when they didnt pick my trash up i called and again was treated like crap. I say again because on many occasions i have had my trash missed and when I call they say the driver said the trash wasnt out at 7 which is bull because my husband sets it out at 630 on his way out the door to work, after explaining this many times the receptionist then tells me i must be mistaken because the driver is always on our road early and it wasnt out yet today it was 315 pm before the driver showed up. When i called today and asked why they didnt pick up trash when Tuesday i was told no problem she told me that she didnt control the mail and the payment wasnt there today so i say well when u get it Friday will he come back and get the trash and she says no and i don't want you to yell at me! Well i am sorry for yelling but when ur treated like a bother and your given incorrect information and then met with an attitude you get upset. I called the post office and explained and was told that it was very possible that they may not get payment til Friday because of staff changes and when I tried to call Brown back the woman wouldn't answer the phone. I am going to a service that values ppl

My account is under Whitt on County Road 900 if anyone at this business cares enough to call me and this billing issue wouldn't be an issue if there was an office where u could pay your bill considering my work schedule is unpredictable and crazy and my husband is a 24/7 worker plus i take care of 2 teenage girls and a home. I don't want anything free i just want to be treated like the good hardworking customer that i am!
