Michael Reese
Mike diagnosed the problem with my computer, emailed me with the details, replaced the hard drive, memory board, installed updated security/spyware. Restored my documents and checked for any other needed updates to the system.

I emailed Mike with the problem on my home PC, "Blue Screen of Death". He emailed me right away and I dropped the unit off. He emailed me within and hour with the diagnosis, estimate and what was needed. I approved the repairs. Once completed he emailed me to say all was done and ready for pick up. When i arrived he had the unit up and running so i could verify that all my info was there, and that all was working properly. Mike is always prompt, friendly and explains things in terms I can understand. Costs are very reasonable and he never suggests more than I need to have all working the way it should. He does make sure all needed updates are done for my system. He emails me once I have the unit up and running at home to make sure all is well and always offers online help if I need it once home.
