Private mental health therapy practice. It is my commitment to help clients improve their mood, decrease anxiety, strengthen relationships, enhance decision making abilities, and regulate emotions. I work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, stress, mood and personality disorders, grief and loss, and relationship troubles. I enjoy meeting with clients in a comfortable setting and have carefully sought a location that is not only convenient, but calming as well. Individual therapy sessions run 50 minutes. During the first few therapy sessions I will provide a comprehensive assessment and together we will create treatment goals.
