My child attended this daycare for nearly 9 months. In the time that she was there, I witnessed adults screaming at children and yelling at them to shut-up, young children watching movies all day long, playing video games. I never once saw any type of "learning activity" going on. They closed for a holiday and didn't notify any parents that they were going to be closed until a few days beforehand. When I voiced my displeasure to the owner, she told me to find another daycare. Shortly after, I notified the owner that I was leaving for another daycare and giving her a two week notice. The contract/agreement when you sign up states that you have to give two weeks notice. The next day the owner called and told me I had to find another daycare for my child immediately. If I didn't have my child out by the next business day she was going to raise my tuiton. I made arrangements for my child to start the other daycare asap. When I picked my child up that evening, I asked the owner/operator for a letter stating that I was leaving before my two week notice was done and that the owner was aware and approved of that. I didn't want her to try to claim that I left without notice and owe her tuiton for the rest of time on the contract that I signed. The owner refused to type that letter and then proceeded to call me profane names and swear at me. Inside the daycare, in front of the children, while I was holding my child. I will NEVER, EVER recommend this facility to anyone!
