My husband and I were looking to buy our first home and we could not have been happier with Carolyn!
She is just incredible. She showed us as many homes as we wanted to see when it was convenient for us to see them. She never rushed us or pressured us into anything. We could be very honest with her, sometimes leaving an unimpressive house after just 5 minutes.
She worked her tail off to make sure we found our dream home. In fact, I think she showed us the house we eventually bought 6 or 7 times before we finally decided for sure that that was what we wanted. Overall, Carolyn is both very friendly and very professional, and I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a home!

She is just incredible. She showed us as many homes as we wanted to see when it was convenient for us to see them. She never rushed us or pressured us into anything. We could be very honest with her, sometimes leaving an unimpressive house after just 5 minutes.

I have dealt with several agencies in the past, and believe me, these agencies are more interested in getting your money, than doing the work for you, Exit Reality being a prime example of piss poor work ethics, excuse my language, but that the gospel truth. Carolyn and Lisa are not only professionals, they are top of the line professionals, and most importantly they are honest when dealing with they're clients as well as with the renters. Dietrich Rentals is the most unprofessional real estate company I've ever dealt with. My husband and I and my father have excellent rental history with references to prove it so we are not just some disgruntled clients. We have never had problems like we have had here with Dietrich. Her partner, Lisa, is a liar and makes promises she can't keep and does so without permission from the owner. She tells her associated one thing when relaying a message but then does another. For example, we were told we would not have to have the carpets cleaned when we left. Yet they charged us for carpet cleaning. They told us we had to clean the house before we left. I did. On hands and knees and with help. Yet they charged us $450 for a cleaning lady. We viewed the house we rented as others were moving out. It was in serious disrepair and it was filthy. She assured us that all would be taken care of. It wasn't. The yard was a mud hole and they refused to fix it. I made a seriously detailed walk-through sheet listing every little nail hole. Turns out they lost it and had the audacity to insist that we, of course, never turned one in. We were charged for things because of their idiocy.. I have never been more displeased with someone in my life. Not only that but they didn't even have the decency to let us see what "damage" they claimed we had done. We've yet to see pictures or proof of anything and they already have people living in there now. I wouldn't wish them on anyone.
