Mike Ford, the owner of Definitive Air is very knowledgeable and honest. Mike did not try to sell us anything that we did not need, or try to push parts on us. He took the time to show us what was wrong, and what we needed to do to fix the problem. He was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest quality service!
