Longhorn Epoxy Floors did my garage floor 5 years ago and it turned out awesome. We constantly get compliments on it. Two years ago I had them do our front and back patios. Unfortunately they had some fading after about 6 months. Gabriel came out this month to redo the patios and they look as good as new.

Greetings to all, my experience with Long horn Epoxy Floors was absolutely DISAPPOINTING. They began my work 7/20/2016 and completed 7/21/2016. They stained my back patio floors, and applied epoxy in my 2 car garage. After completing the job everything looked fine. On 7/30/2016 I reached out to JESSICA about the issue that was beginning on my back stained patio floors. JESSICA decided to reach out to me with a text 8/1/2016. JESSICA told me she was not able to reach out to me,due to her phone being broken. JESSICA asked to send her pictures of the patio stained floors, which I did. JESSICA replied back that she will have someone come over in 2 WEEKS. I told her that was fine. (Two weeks later) On 8/23/2016 I reminder her, and told her that I haven't heard from her, and asking her when will someone take a look at my back patio stained floors. At this point a lot of white patches starting appearing all over the patio floors. It looked like the floor had been stained for years, and needed a top coat, however it was only 8 days later when these white patches started appearing. It looks HORRIBLE, and it still does. Anyways, JESSICA replied back 8/23/2016 that she hasn't forgotten about me. On 8/30/16 she notified me she will be there Sunday 9/11/16 NO CALL NO SHOW. Longhorn Epoxy did NOT EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS. Please email me at [email protected] to request the horrendous pictures of the bad work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LONGHORN EPOXY. Stay Away!!!! :(
