went there to have links removed from a watch that was a christmas gift for my son. She started to work on it. She worked on it for 5 minutes and while she was working on it 2 other ladies walked in. She then stopped and told me that I would have to leave it. I told her that I didn't want to leave it because it's a gift. She told me that "her boss" doesn't allow her to work on watch bands when there are other customers in the store. I reminded her that I was there first and she said it didn't matter then she slapped it back together. Told me that she didn't put it back together correctly and then had the nerve to tell me after breaking my watch that she wasn't going to charge me for it.
