They have horrible customer service people, I cancelled an account with 8,000 dollar limit because they treat you like you don't matter. I refuse to give my money to people who have no respect for me, called bck to speak to a supervisor only to find out she is gone for the day t 10 in the morning and the guy who tells me this doesn't mention he is the overall supervisor and cares nothing about my comlaint about the rude old man who hung up the phone on me on the first call after I payed my card and brought it up to date because I asked to be transferred so that I could comlain about his rudeness
