I could have not asked for a more personable and professional person to deal with. She went up and above her role in making sure that my entire process for my evaluation and scheduling of my surgery went smooth and without a hitch. She even followed up with me via phone to make sure that everything went as expected and was always there in the event I had questions or concerns. My husband Bob had cataract surgery on Monday. The care he received was wonderful! The staff was friendly and professional. Ashley was extremely helpful with scheduling and the financial process. She always followed through with a phone call to make sure he received the surgery time. We were very pleased with the entire experience at the Anderson office of Clemson Eye.
