DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I received Mother's Day flowers from this business and the flowers were not FRESH. There were large yellow spots on the pink roses (picture attached). I also received a Keepsake box with a necklace that was wet and damaged when recieved. I contacted the company and sent the follwoing message: I received a mothers day bouquet of flowers today from your business. I'm not happy with the condition in which the bouquet was received. The pink roses have big yellow spots and the gift keepsake box and contents were wet. The girl that delivered them ssid they fell over in the car. Please contact me to resolve this issue as I would like to enjoy FRESH flowers on mothers day. They responed and sent another bouquet. The second bouquet was not the same as the original bouquet and I didn't get a replacement Keepsake box with a necklace. I contacted the company again and I spoke with Lynette Wall. She was very rude and made excuses for the quality of the flowers. I have sent numerous emails to Julie Quattrin and haven't received any response. They say they have a 100% satifaction guarantee. I'm not satisfied with the product recieved and have requested a full refund for which I have not received any response. I'm a 100% dissatisfied customer.
