I would very highly recommend Shannon to anyone. He worked on my furnace after two others had told me it couldn't be fixed and I had to have a new one. Shannon replaced our dead heat pump with a new one and checked out our system and then cleaned up afterwards. The results were comfortable heating in our daycare where it had always been a cold spot with the old system. My furnace was having some issues over the past weekend. I called a buddy who highly recommended Shannon, I called him that morning and he told me he would call me that evening when he got off of his current job. That evening at 7 pm (thought Shannon had forgot), he calls and explained he just finished his job and came over to look at the furnace. I was on the way out to take my son to Karate practice. When we returned the house was toasty warm, Shannon had put everything back together. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

My husband called Shannon to take a look at our furnace , he informed us it was broken in 3 places and we would be better off with a completely new furnace that we could not afford. He made sure to refer us to a local organization that could help... And they did . we recieved a brand new furnace, Shannons employees were wonderful and friendly, they made sure we knew everything our new furnace could do.
