My mother is elderly and cant use the internet so I am doing this for her. She bought all her gas from Harris propane. When mom had to sell he house she had to pay harris to take the tank and propane in the tank. Harris propane didn't give her all her money for the gas that was left and wouldn't pay her back for all of it because they say she didn't use enough last winter.
