Do NOT use these in our opinion, scammers. 2 weeks ago, walked thru the property with Manny and thoroughly went thru all needed work. He offered a bid along with others, which we chose because it was the lowest. DONT BE FOOLED. The first thing he said was that he didnt remember which trees so I suggested we walk thru it again. He immediately "remembered" and started asking for more money. We asked him to leave as that wasn't honest and he became nasty, saying ..no one would believe us on yelp... We read the reviews but dont believe them.Too bad. As we had check in hand, which he told me to throw away. How do they stay in business with senior citizens like us
