My husband and i were married last year on. We had a meeting with Kyle and decided to hire them as our entertainment company. They did the DJing, photo booth and photography. While they were great for the DJ and photo booth services the photography was absolutely HORRIBLE! The photographer was the most important person hired for our day since they were supposed to provide us with years of happy and amazing memories, But that's not what I received at all. The photos were extremely poor quality. They definitely were aimed at providing more quantity rather then quality photos. They did very little editing if really any at all. I received 1,050 photos and there was maybe a dozen or so, if that, that were just mediocre to say the least. After showing the pictures to a few close family members to make sure I wasn't being overly dramatic about how terrible they were, I finally tried reaching back out to Kyle NUMEROUS times thru email and voicemail and still at a year later I have yet to receive any type of response from them, Not even as little as an apology. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this company to be trusted to capture priceless memories on one of the most important days of your life bc you can't go back and get those moments back. We just celebrated our 1year wedding anniversary and I just finally shared the photos on social media for the 1st time bc I was so upset and embarrassed by them to share them prior and I only did share then since we had people that kept asking when they could see them. I made sure to add a disclaimer to please be kind while viewing them as I was already upset and heartbroken enough over them. It kills me even more knowing we originally hired a different photography company but Kyle offered us a great package deal that we really couldn't refuse if we hired them instead. That will always be one of the biggest regrets I will ever have! Please take my advice and don't have your memories ruined just to save a few bucks. In my opinion they don't even deserve the 1 star I had to rate them!
